Initial consultation for project will cover client’s needs, ideas and budget. A fee for this consultation will include sample boards or drawings and cost estimate for proposed job. This fee will be waived if approval for the job is given.

Total costs for projects are based on hours of estimated labor, and complexity and detail of design. Costs of materials are included in total price.

Project scheduling and commencement of job will follow. Projects can vary from a few days to a number of weeks depending on the nature of the job. 50% downpayment is required at the start of the job, and balance is due at completion. Any extra requirements made thereafter the original estimate, will be charged accordingly.
